Gil Weiser

Gil Weiser is Chairman of the Board of  BGN Technologies ltd., the Technology Transfer Company of Ben-Gurion University and Board member of  Fundtech (Nasdaq – Fndt), Clicksoftware (Nasdaq -Cksw) and Attunity (ATTUF).

Mr. Weiser has More than 25 years experience in management and operations.  With executive posts at corporate, academic and financial entities from management at Hewlett Packard and chairing the Haifa University Executive board (1994-2006) to the BOD of the Israel Stock Exchange.

Over the years, Mr. Weiser has Served as CEO of Digital corp. (DEC) Israel (1976-1993), President & CEO of Fibronics-Worldwide network solution Corp. (1993-1995) and the CEO of HP Israel and CMS corp. (1995-2000). as chairman/director, Mr. Weiser has been involved with a number of high tech companies:  Fundtech, Formula systems, Clicksoftware, Attunity, Formula, Carmel, BBP, Optibase, Tescom, Safebit, Regisoft, VKB and others.

Mr. Weiser holds a Master of Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
