Shachar Efal

Shachar Efal is a Partner in QuantumWave Capital, an investment banking
boutique providing highly-specialized mergers and acquisitions advisory
services to select Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) sector corporations
focused on the mobile internet.

Shachar Led the seed investment and was the Chairman at DroidSecurity,
Innovation company with AntiVirus and Anti Malware solution for Google's
Andorid environment. The company performed an exit (had sold to AVG, end
2010).

Prior to joining QuantumWave he served in a number of executive
management positions at the NASDAQ listed IT services conglomerate Ness
Technologies, including Chief Executive Officer of Ness Israel, President Global
Software Distribution, and President Global Business Development.

A talented corporate finance dealmaker and process manager, he led more than 10 M&A
transactions to successful conclusion for Ness.
